BY PLANE

  • The main airport serving Rome is Rome Fiumicino Airport, 35 km / 22 mi southwest of the city centre. Some low-cost airlines however, notably Ryanair, fly into Rome Ciampino Airport, 12 km / 7.5 mi south-southeast of the city centre.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • By taxi: A taxi from the airport to the centre will take around half an hour – taxis to the centre have a fixed price of 50€.

    By public transport: Take the LE train from the airport to Roma Termini, then take bus 85 from Termini to Veneto-Sardegna, it is then under a minutes' walk to the hotel. This journey takes about an hour and will cost 6€ to 10€.

  • The nearest metro stations are Spagna and Barberini (red line A) are a few hundred metres from the hotel.
